All new features in today’s update are related to the vendor’s ability to customize a mobile application using widgets. We are constantly improving our IoT mobile app builder so that you can use new widgets and features for your existing products as well. Just customize the app’s interface in a new way and publish a new version of your product on the platform.
The new “Status icons” widget allows you to add controls for up to three device boolean sensors in one row. To use it, select the boolean sensors that the widget will control, upload the icons, and specify a background color for the positive and negative states of each sensor.
The Grid widget is an aggregator for other widgets and makes it possible to arrange them on a grid conveniently for the end users of the device. Add up to 20 widgets to the grid to control and monitor your product. Currently, Grid supports the following widgets: List, Signal lvl, Battery, Condition button, Status, Custom toggle, and Slider.
The “Description” widget allows you to place any text in the mobile application interface between functional widgets that are used to control and monitor your device’s sensors. You can use it to place text tips or titles for the widgets below.
In the widget settings, you can enter text for different language versions of the mobile app.
In the settings of the “Push button” widget, enabling a modal confirmation window with a custom title and text is now possible. Use this feature to avoid accidental Push button taps by your device users.
